Course Structure

Q: What types of courses do you offer?
A: We offer Business and Conversational English courses at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Q: How long is each course?
A: Courses are typically spread out across 12 weeks, with 3 classes per week. Each course is structured to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience that builds on your language skills progressively.

Q: How are the classes delivered?
A: Classes are delivered online through live video sessions. You will interact with your instructor and classmates in real-time, making the learning experience engaging and interactive.

Q: Are the lessons recorded?
A: No, lessons are not recorded.

Q: Can I record the lessons?

A: No, all lessons are the intellectual property of the betterenglish team. Learners are not allowed to record live sessions. Doing so can result in the learner being immediately removed from the class, with no refund.

Q: What materials will I need?
A: All relevant course materials will be provided online. Learners are strongly encouraged to take notes during classes.

Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods like NetBanking or UPI. Please contact us if you face any issues.

Q: Do you offer any payment plans?
A: Payment can be made in 3 equal installments, or as a one-time payment at the time of registration.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: All payments are final.

Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: No, there are no hidden fees. The course price includes access to all lessons and course materials.

Q: How will I receive confirmation after payment?
A: Once payment is processed, you will receive email confirmation, an SMS, or both.
